23 Marshall is a developing space for both residential and retail occupancy. Located in Portland’s Northwest / Nob Hill Neighborhood, it exists where urban city happenings meet a residential neighborhood. The location was once home to Quality Pie, a late night diner. To pay homage to Quality Pie, we incorporated the pie star used on the original sign located on NW 23rd Avenue. The goal was to create a warm and inviting brand that evokes a human-centric connection within the urban lifestyle it surrounds.
