Kittch is the food network for a new generation. I was contracted to lead Kittch in mini design sprints to improve the user’s site experience. Using UX/UI & illustration, we created several design functionality upgrades that elevated the site’s experience.
A glance at what a design sprint entailed on a recipe page: recipe serving size, recipe total time, recipe ratings, and third-party shopping features like Walmart Fulfillment.
Extensive studies were created to find the best Chef’s Table functionality for livestreaming events. We incorporated a tab system that allowed the user to view the Chef’s Table, Recipe, and Live Chat while keeping the video in view at all times. We also added tipping options to the Tip Chef button.
Badges were created for themed events happening weekly on Kittch. Each badge was a custom illustration paired with the the established type lockup.
